"I'm the professional, but it's your body" is something I say to all my new clients. I see my massage sessions as a partnership with my clients. I've started my 20th year as a massage therapist and I still learn new things as I go. Most of my training has been focused on therapeutic techniques and calming the nervous system so that, even if you want specific work, you'll feel relaxed as well.

Our experienced massage therapists will use different techniques to help you treat problem areas or get into a state of relaxation. Just let us know your preference and we will adjust to your needs. (60 minute massages are 50 minutes of massage therapy)
