Vinaya has been a physiotherapist for the last 26 years. She obtained her Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Mumbai, India in 1998 . Since then, she has worked in numerous settings including numerous hospitals and rehab clinics. Vinaya has worked with all types of injuries and loves to treat weekend warriors and over use injuries as she has suffered from overuse injuries as a physiotherapist herself. Vinaya has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist with the National Health Service, United Kingdom where she has been an educator and mentor for physiotherapy students from University of York and London. Vinaya uses a combination of manual therapies to treat her patients. She focuses on a combination of hands on, shockwave therapy, stretching, trigger point therapy and at home exercise programs to help her patients get back to normal. Vinaya is very passionate about her profession and believes in quality and holistic care for her patients.
