Celia was born in Spain but grew up on Salt Spring Island, BC. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at Western University, where she developed a strong foundation in human movement, rehabilitation, and performance. Throughout her studies, she worked with rugby, lacrosse, and wrestling teams, gaining hands-on experience in athletic care, injury prevention, and movement analysis. She also volunteered as a physiotherapy assistant with many professional teams, which further shaped her interest in bridging clinical rehab with on-field performance. After graduating, she moved to Madrid to pursue a Master’s in Sports Science. Living and studying abroad has expanded both her clinical perspective and cultural understanding of health and movement. She focuses on building strong therapeutic relationships and creating practical, personalized plans that help people move better and feel stronger in their daily lives. Outside of her clinical work, she stay active through strength training, walking her Australian shepherd, and exploring new places. Whether working with athletes or individuals looking to reconnect with movement, she aims to support people in building confidence, resilience, and long-term health.
