Hello! I'm Heidi Guzek and I am one of the licensed massage therapists at H&B! I have lived in Eugene for the past 25 years. I am originally from Wisconsin, but I consider Oregon to be my home. I graduated from Lane Community Colleges massage program in 2017 and have happily been an LMT for the 5 years since. To me massage is important because as a mother of 6 children, I know the importance of touch and massage gives that necessary human contact. Entering into the massage program has encouraged and enlightened my life and will continue to do so socially. In this work I strive to promote self-love and self-awareness of one's own body. While participating in a positive energy exchange for each and every individual. My favorite things to do in my spare time include a lot of things relating to being in nature including hiking, traveling, gardening, going to the beach and just being in the sun. Amongst those things I also enjoy listening to music, baking, being with my children, playing ping pong and tennis. One fun fact about me is that I have biked from Eugene to Wisconsin and back!

Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body. The goal of Swedish Massage is to melt away muscle tension and increase the blood flow to your heart.
