I started my career in massage after finishing training at Whatcom Community College back in 2012. Ive built up my skills over the years adding more treatment techniques as well as improving my flow. As I have grown my knowledge, my style has shifted to a mix of relaxation and therapeutic massage to help aid my clients with any of their ailments. I have experience dealing with shoulder, back, and neck issues as well as low back and hips using various relaxation, therapeutic or deep tissue modalities. This has helped my clients relieve stress, help to ease their pain, and assist them in their bodies healing process.
Therapeutic massage uses various massage techniques to relieve pain, anxiety, and muscle tension helping to increase range of motion and mobility. The massage can be done as a full-body massage or focus on the parts of the body that need the most attention.
