Adam Griffith, LMT is a passionate and dedicated practitioner of therapeutic massage who believes in the power of touch to restore balance and ease tension. A proud graduate of the Dayton School of Medical Massage, Adam completed his studies in January 2023 with a perfect 4.0 GPA. Since then, he has continued to expand his expertise through advanced training in Hot Stone Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, and Ashiatsu. Adams approach to massage is deeply intuitive, combining technical skill with a natural ability to "listen" to the body. His style often incorporates firm, focused pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle that are frequently overlooked. Clients often remark that Adam helps them discover areas of tension they didnt realize they had, leading to both relief and increased body awareness. Whether his clients seek relaxation, pain relief, or overall wellness, Adams goal is to provide a therapeutic experience that nurtures both mind and bodyencouraging muscles to "speak" and ultimately to heal. Outside of his practice, Adam enjoys the peace and quiet of rural Ohio, where he lives happily with his wife and their three beloved dogs. An exploratory deep tissue full body massage where I search for and address tissue malfunction as I find it (e.g. knots, adhesions, tight muscles, etc.) The body as a whole is assessed and worked on for overall wellness.*Includes hot towels to sooth and relax the neck and back.
