I’ve spent the last 15 years training and practicing in the field of massage therapy. I began my education at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy and graduated from the 3000+ program in 2008. My interest in health and healing started years before I became a massage therapist. Human Biology was, and remains, my favourite subject; I am always adding to my library of texts on anatomy and physiology, nutrition, exercise, relaxation and meditation. My daily life incorporates all that I have learned over the years. In my professional practice, my approach to healing is client-driven. I am focussed on using my varied skilled set to treat the source of the concern, while providing symptoms relief and freedom of movement. My additional training includes: •Visceral Manipulation 1, Barral •Craniosacral Therapy 1, Upledger •Craniosacral Therapy 2, Upledger •Somatoemotional Release 1, Upledger •Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) 1, Dr. Vodder •MLD 3 & Combined Decongestive Therapy, Dr. Vodder Some health conditions that would benefit from these treatment modalities: •Post Mastectomy •Sinus issues •Pre and Post Surgery •Headaches/Migraines •Chronic Fatigue •Concussions If you have any questions please contact me directly at: [email protected] Thank you, Haida
