I am a licensed Massage Therapist with over 15 years of experience working in both clinical and spa settings. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of helping clients manage chronic pain, recover from injuries, and reduce stress through thoughtful, individualized care. I specialize in deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and gua sha. My approach is attentive and highly personalizedI believe that no two bodies are the same, so no two sessions should be either.
