Soma Collective Health
182 Wellington St., Unit 10, Bowmanville, ON, L1C 1W3
I offer therapeutic massage treatments that blend clinical precision with a calming, restorative atmosphere. Drawing on over 14 years of experience, my practice uses a range of techniques—from Swedish and deep tissue to joint mobilizations, cupping, and movement-based therapy—to create space and movement in the body’s tissues. I work with clients experiencing chronic tension, acute pain, postural issues, and prenatal or postpartum changes. Since becoming a mother myself, I’ve developed a special interest in supporting other parents through their perinatal journey. With a long-standing passion for head, neck, and jaw care, I’ve pursued extensive training in TMJ dysfunction and recently completed a 12-week mentorship in TMJD assessment and treatment. My approach is rooted in the belief that the body heals best when the mind is still. I strive to guide the body toward healing—through movement, presence, and hands-on care that meets each client where they are.
