Growing up in Kamloops, Bronwyn’s early life was filled with sports but soccer has always held a special place in her heart. Her journey took her through numerous competitive soccer clubs culminating in five impactful years as a player for the Thompson Rivers University Wolfpack. It was during her time at TRU that she discovered the profound physical and mental benefits of Massage Therapy which inspired her career path. Bronwyn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2015, and her fervor for sports and wellness ultimately guided her toward massage therapy. After completing her training at the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in Vernon, BC, in 2021, she became a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia. With a focus on personalized care, Bronwyn tailors her treatments to meet the specific needs of each client she utilizes a variety of modalities including myofascial release, Swedish massage, deep tissue work, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, joint mobilizations, and both active and passive stretching. Her experience in health and wellness informs her commitment to helping individuals achieve and sustain their wellness goals Outside of her practice, Bronwyn can be found enjoying connecting with friends and family, snowboarding at Sun Peaks, participating in the women’s league soccer during the summer and enjoying the outdoors with her dog.
