Patrick is a graduate of the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Toronto. While in University he trained and competed in the Track and Field Sprinting/Jumping events. Patrick’s passion for treating physical ailments came from his own frustration with athletic injuries. He sought out the Massage Therapy profession as he found it to be one of the most impactful modalities in resolving musculoskeletal dysfunction. Patrick enjoys treating from a problem-solving point of view, using palpation and orthopaedic testing to ensure his methods are as effective as possible. He tailors his pressure level to the individual client’s needs and preferences, and takes a slow and deliberate approach to myofascial release, and trigger point treatment. Patrick is enthusiastic about injury prevention, incorporating self-care, and exercise prescription to enhance his client’s improvement.
