NATHALIE SCHEIDEGGER, RMT REGISTERED MASSAGE THERAPIST Nathalie graduated with Honours from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in North York and is in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has over 10 years’ experience practicing massage therapy and related disciplines and enjoys working in a multi-disciplinary clinic where she can offer the best possible care to her clients. Nathalie adapts her treatment approach based on each individual client’s needs. She is very experienced, working with clients of all ages and varying degrees of issues/challenges including acute and chronic pain, injury and discomfort, general muscle tension, postural problems, tissue maintenance, stress management, anxiety and depression, relaxation and pre and post-natal massage. Nathalie’s approach is always client-driven and she uses a wide range of modalities such as myofascial release, joint play, stretching, and deep tissue massage. She often prescribes remedial exercises to help clients recover faster. Nathalie is a sports enthusiast – a seasoned triathlete, golfer, tennis player, and tap dancer! Today, her focus is on rock climbing which she started a few years ago. It has made her a stronger massage therapist and reminds her how important it is to move our joints in all possible ranges – something many of us struggle to achieve, especially when working at a computer eight hours a day. Nathalie is passionate about helping her clients lead a stronger, healthier, happier and more relaxing life. “I love what I do and feel so lucky to have found a profession I can be passionate about. I get joy helping people and seeing my clients reach their health and mobility goals.”
