Kristy Commerford, BSc, MPT Kristy received her Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Waterloo in 2006. She continued her education at the University of Western Ontario, earning her Master of Physiotherapy in 2008. After graduation, Kristy completed the Fowler Kennedy Sport Physiotherapy Fellowship and had the opportunity to work on-field with rugby, hockey, field hockey and running groups in London, Ontario. Kristy completed her Level V manual therapy training through the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and Manual Lymphatic Training (Combined Decongestive Therapy) through the Toronto Lymphocare Centre. Kristy enjoys yoga and completed a 200h Yoga Teacher Training program in 2019. She likes to integrate yoga and functional mobility into her Physiotherapy treatment programs when appropriate.
