Dr. Nadeen’s passion for health and wellness began during her time at Queen’s University, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree (BScH) in Kinesiology. Continuing her academic pursuits, Dr. Nadeen earned her Doctor of Chiropractic and Masters in Sports Medicine at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. With a special interest in hip and shoulder injuries, return-to-sport rehab, and strength and conditioning, Dr. Nadeen works with a wide range of athletes—from high school competitors to professionals. She has previously worked with athletes from the European basketball league, the CFL and PGA Tour Americas. Whether she’s helping someone get back on the field or out of daily discomfort, her approach combines evidence-based chiropractic care, rehabilitative strategies, and performance training tailored to each individual. Nadeen’s strength lies in the Integrated Movement Assessment Approach. It is a detailed analysis of your movement patterns designed to identify the root cause of pain and areas of dysfunction.
