Sarah completed a Bachelor’s of Kinesiology at McMaster University in 2009 and received her certification for Pilates instruction in 2013 in Toronto. She recently received her diploma from the Canadian College of Osteopathy as an osteopathic manual practitioner. Sarah has been working in neurological rehabilitation since 2010 in Toronto and is continually amazed with the vast patient population she has encountered. She has worked with many individuals to assist with motor learning recovery and help them achieve their post-injury, therapeutic goals. In addition to her formal education, Sarah has taken several post-graduate courses including (but not limited to) locomotion and neuroplasticity, NDT/Bobath approach to stroke rehabilitation for PTAs, Bobath approach to treating the upper limb, health and health behaviours, neuroplasticity and the osteopathic approach (post-concussion), and persistent pain management and the osteopathic approach. She is excited to bring her unique background and be part of your healthcare team.
