A Veteran Physical Therapist Assistant of 15 years. The Army moved my family to Lawton, Ok in 2008 and I have been delighted by helping the community move ever since. I am transitioning between physical therapy and massage therapy to increase my ability to be available to the entire community and help with their needs. I am a wife of 24 years, a mother of three beautiful children, a friend and a neighbor. I enjoy being a part of my community and church. In my free time I enjoy watching my children grow and learn, spending time in my garden and with my friends. I am look forward to meeting new people and learning from them as I teach them self care techniques to improve mobility. My favorite and most enjoyable part of being a PTA is helping people with pain by decreasing muscle tension. I enjoy making people feel better and move better.
