A Veteran Physical Therapist Assistant of 15 years. The Army moved my family to Lawton, Ok in 2008 and I have been delighted by helping the community move ever since. I am transitioning between physical therapy and massage therapy to increase my ability to be available to the entire community and help with their needs. I am a wife of 24 years, a mother of three beautiful children, a friend and a neighbor. I enjoy being a part of my community and church. In my free time I enjoy watching my children grow and learn, spending time in my garden and with my friends. I am look forward to meeting new people and learning from them as I teach them self care techniques to improve mobility. My favorite and most enjoyable part of being a PTA is helping people with pain by decreasing muscle tension. I enjoy making people feel better and move better. Massage Therapy
As a business owner I understand showing appreciation to my support team. I bring the chair and cleaning supplies, your business supplies a place to wash my hands. Available for an over the lunch hour appreciation hour or a 1/2 day employee appreciation day. Each recipient would receive a free 10-20 min chair Massage (on you) to relax those sore shoulders, neck or back. Only available Fridays for the 9a-12p morning 1/2 day, Lunch hour 12-1p or 1-4p for the afternoon 1/2 day.
Kinesiology
Kinesiology tape is designed to mimic the skin's natural properties, allowing it to be worn comfortably for up to 5 days. Kinesiology Taping for areas you can't reach on your own. Tape to the muscles to help inhibit a spasm or tight muscle, facilitate a weak muscle, stabilize and support a joint, and edema taping to promote lymphatic drainage is available.
