Nicholas completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, where he also completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology. During his 6 years at the University of Toronto, Nicholas developed a strong proficiency in human anatomy, exercise physiology and biomechanics. He worked as a Research Assistant, contributing to groundbreaking projects regarding pressure injury management and modalities for combating ICU-acquired weakness. He also worked as a personal trainer, using advanced sport specific exercise prescription to help his clients become stronger and faster. He continues to employ these features of exercise prescription with clients of all ages and activity levels. Nicholas’ treatment approach includes hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercises and patient education. These are essential components of his holistic treatment approach to help his patients achieve their personal goals of returning to sport, work or activity. He is working towards post-graduate courses in manual therapy and acupuncture to continue to help his clients in innovative ways. In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys staying active by weightlifting and swimming, watching football and basketball, bartending, or playing a competitive game of cards. A fun fact is that he will never turn down a game of euchre if he is lucky enough to find three other people who know how to play.

This initial visit will be our opportunity to learn about you in order to make the best possible Physiotherapy care plan based on your desired goals and outcomes. It will include sharing your medical history, addressing your physical complaints, and assessing the functional movements which can be contributing to those complaints.
