Meet Jon After growing up in Okotoks Jon went on to complete both his graduate and undergraduate degrees in Calgary. He completed his Master of Science in Physical Therapy through the University of Alberta, and prior to that completed his Health & Physical Education degree at Mount Royal University. Jon has a strong passion for movement, nutrition and helping others achieve their dreams. Luckily for Okotoks, Jon continues to call Okotoks ‘home’. You’ll often find him out on the trails, playing disc golf, or out and about with his fiancee, Nicole. Jon has a long-standing background coaching aquatic sports and first aid. He enjoys inspiring others to take control of their health and making people laugh and smile. His favourite saying is, “Can’t go wrong getting strong”!
