Dr. Natalie Scheer, ND, is a licensed naturopathic doctor with an undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa and a Doctor of Naturopathy degree from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Her practice is dedicated to supporting women through the transitional phases of perimenopause and menopause, as well as guiding postmenopausal women in achieving their long-term health goals. Dr. Scheer addresses a wide range of concerns, including hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal changes, insomnia, weight gain, and other symptoms that can leave women feeling disconnected from their bodies. She also works extensively with conditions such as PMS/PMDD, thyroid imbalances, osteoporosis prevention, cognitive decline prevention, cholesterol management, weight loss, and metabolic health.
