With fifteen years of hands-on massage therapy experience, I bring a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and patient care. I’ve worked across diverse clinical settings, treating patients with a wide range of conditions and health needs. Recently, I’ve expanded my expertise by completing specialized training in Brazilian lymphatic drainage, adding another valuable tool to support my patients’ wellness journeys. I’m committed to creating a judgment-free, welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and at ease throughout their treatment. My goal is to ensure that your time and space feel truly your own — a place where you can relax, heal, and be yourself without hesitation. As a dedicated mom of two, I’m excited to return to practice and continue providing compassionate, skilled care to each and every patient I have the privilege of treating.
For your first RMT reg massage with Jayzel, you will book this appointment. We will do a quick review of your intake form, do an assessment and special tests as needed to see what you require and want for your appointment. Treatment length will be about 40 mins depending on the assessment. Massage therapy consists of hands-on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscles, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints for the purpose of optimizing health. Massage has a therapeutic effect on improving circulation, mobility, reducing muscle tension, and increasing relaxation. Cupping, Graston, acupuncture and other modalities can be included in your treatment plan. Overall patient function can be developed, maintained, and improved; and physical dysfunction, pain, and the effects of stress can be relieved or prevented through the use of massage therapy.
