I am a certified neuromuscular massage therapist and NASM certified personal trainer who enjoys the challenge of continuous learning. I currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. If you struggle with injuries, poor posture, chronic pain, problems with range of motion, pregnancy discomfort or more, I can work with your body to get you feeling and moving like you should again. My goal is to help my clients to address the muscular imbalances that often are the root of their problems.
