This basic session is a basic massage session with integrated stretches and manual therapies based on your needs. This is a full body session with focused treatment on problem areas. This is a good session to start with as we get to know each other and your needs. Customize your session with hot stones, aromatherapy, scarwork or mini Cranio session. I will generally integrate one of these modalities into your session at no charge.
