Janet Exner is the owner of Align Physio in Lumsden. She is passionate towards helping you live your best physical life. Her 30+ years of expertise strive to make your goals happen! Janet received her Physiotherapy degree at the University of Saskatchewan in 1989. Since then, she has had extensive training in manual therapy, specializing in joint mobilization and manipulation. She is certified through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. She would love to help you get back to the things you enjoy in life and move with freedom. When not at the clinic, she will be spending time with family and friends, coaching volleyball, sailing and travelling.

This appointment is to be booked after completion of your Initial Assessment. Specific one-on-one treatment will address your injury or concern for up to 20 minutes of time. Should you have multiple body areas requiring treatment or require more time, the Extended Follow-Up is the appropriate appointment.
