Dr. Mary Galic, ND is a Naturopathic Doctor who is passionate about helping women and their families achieve their best health. In 23 years of clinical practice, she has supported many women in their hormonal journey from PMS, through fertility, to menopause. Dr. Galic has comprehensive training and experience in hormone health prescribing, including Bio-identical hormone therapy. Her approach to care is based on compassionate understanding and evidence-based treatment for the root causes of illness. Dr. Galic also has a special interest in skin care including acne, rosacea, eczema and preserving skin vitality which she treats with diet, hormones, herbs and facial acupuncture. She has additional training in Bowen Therapy which she uses for nervous system regulation and injury prevention and treatment. Dr. Galic completed her Naturopathic training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is licensed in Naturopathic Medicine by the College of Naturopaths of Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors. Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys an active life with her husband, two grown kids, and her therapy dog Marley. She is an avid participant in Dragon boat racing and believes that movement is a healing force.
