Emily received her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree at Acadia University in Nova Scotia. After graduating she decided to pursue a career as a registered massage therapist, and attended Canadian College of Health and Science Technolgy here in Windsor. She implements different Swedish and deep tissue techniques, as well as cupping and scraping modalities; focusing on returning muscle and tissue to regular function.
A combination of different Swedish massage and soft tissue techniques used to decrease tension and pain in your muscles, while increasing relaxation and recovery time. This treatment can be relaxational or therapeutic, adjusting pressure to work within your tolerance and preferences.
