Debora (Debbie) graduated from University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy, Distinction and was awarded the Clinical Practice Award her graduating year. She has been practicing for 30+ years in both public and private practice settings - primarily in Orthopaedics. She has 5+ yrs. experience in specialized wrist and hand treatment; and 10+ yrs. in Home Care/Community Therapy with experience in falls prevention, and treating general orthopaedics including post-operative shoulders, hips, and knees. She has completed Level 3 (E3, V3) in 2005 in the CPA Orthopaedic Division Dip. Of Manual and Manipulative PT post-graduate education program, in addition to many other post-graduate courses. Debbie has an extensive sport background - as an athlete in Team Handball (>15+ yrs.), Basketball (U of R Cougar Basketball Alumnus), and Soccer. She has coached youth basketball (RCBA 7+ yrs, and other) and Team Handball. She also has volunteered with Sask College of Physical Therapists (SCPT), and Sask. Sport Medicine and Science Council as a Board Member, Sport Taping and Sport First Aid workshop instructor. She currently enjoys time with her family, walking her dog, swimming and yoga - and is learning Cello and Duplicate Bridge.
