With 27 years of advanced clinical experience devoted exclusively to pelvic health physiotherapy , Marie-Josée (MJ) Forget provides evidence-based care for pelvic floor dysfunctions in a gender-inclusive, supportive environment. She is a trauma-informed practitioner, teaches nationally with Pelvic Health Solutions, mentors colleagues, and has contributed to published research linking pelvic floor dysfunction and low back pain. Committed to ongoing advanced training and the latest international research in urology, gynaecology, and sexual medicine, MJ provides efficient, results-oriented care in a professional and welcoming setting.
