Maple Health Care & Rehab
10175 Keele Street, Unit 3, Maple, ON, L6A3Y9
I attended Queen’s University in Kingston where I graduated with an Honours Degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Education, before pursuing Chiropractic at CMCC in Toronto. After graduating I worked and travelled in Australia for a year before joining Maple Health Care & Rehab in 2001. I practice gentle chiropractic care which includes muscle work and stretching, and is effective for clients of all ages. I also practice Acupuncture and am a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. I continue to take courses to upgrade my knowledge base and to ensure my patients are getting the best care possible. I have led an active life including varsity swimming and rowing, competitive lifeguarding, triathlons, and beach volleyball. I am kept active these days chasing my two young children and going to the gym. I believe that regular exercise, stretching, healthy eating, and maintenance care is the secret to taking care of your body and aging gracefully.
