Megan started her journey into the health and wellness field in 2007 when she graduated from a massage practitioner program in Vancouver. After 7 years in the field she moved to Ontario to continue her education and became an RMT in 2016. Megan is also a trained 500 hour Yoga Teacher with over fifteen years of experience teaching. In her work she aims to blend her love of anatomy, movement and self-care. Megan is passionate about mental and physical health, with her RMT practice focusing on the postural strain, headaches, and stress management. Megan doesn’t believe in the “no pain, no gain” approach. Instead, she prioritizes working within tollerance of the body to create sustainable change. She is trained in jaw release including intra oral work. Where appropriate, Megan enjoys integrating tools like cupping and gua sha into treatments. Megan remains commited to ongoing education and to bringing new skills into her practice to better serve clients. Outside of the clinic you’ll find Megan hanging out with her best pup Leia, traveling with her spouse, or doing some kind of movement practice with her friends.

A perfect appointment length if you want a full body massage or an in depth focus on a few different problem areas. Includes time for changing, assessment/intake and home care instructions as needed.
