About Lindsay I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. I believe in an evidence-based, personalized approach to rehab and strive to continue my education to better serve my patients. Growing up in Sherwood Park, I was a competitive dancer for many years. After dealing with numerous injuries as a dancer, I developed a strong appreciation for physiotherapy. As a dance instructor with an Advanced II RAD level, I bring a unique perspective to treating and preventing injuries in all athletes. As a physiotherapist, it is my goal to work collaboratively with you to develop a tailored treatment plan. Whether it be getting you back to walking your dog, playing with your grandkids, running a 5K, or getting you en pointe – I look forward to working with you to crush those goals. My active treatment style has an emphasis on therapeutic exercise and education, complemented with manual therapy. I am passionate about empowering people of all ages and abilities to do what they love. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, hiking, golfing, and spending time at the lake with my family, friends, and fur-baby Finnegan.
