I was born and raised in Thailand where massage is deeply embedded in our culture. Having received massages on a regular basis and enjoying the positive effect on my body and mind, I decided to become a massage therapist. I trained in the United States, but also returned home to learn Thai Traditional Massage (150 hours) and Thai Warrior Massage (35 hours). I am continually learning and sharpening my skills by attending new classes and seminars.
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method of releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past lingering injuries. Every massage session is created using a variety of techniques and customized to each client's individual needs. A session may include Swedish massage, Thai massage techniques and Trigger Point Release techniques.
