Welcome! I have been a massage therapist for over 13 years and truly love what I do. With my undergrad education in human biology, I was naturally drawn to the therapeutic aspect of massage therapy and what we call the 'Western Modalities'. I specialize in Therapeutic & Deep Tissue work. This type of work addresses multiple layers of soft tissue throughout the body and aims to release trigger points and adhesions, reduce pain, and relax areas of tension, as well as increase range of motion and circulation. I am a fully Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist and Modern Cupping Therapy Practitioner. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my pets and anything that involves the outdoors! I spent the last decade living near the mountains which I loved. Time spent camping, hiking, snowshoeing, or paddle boarding is never time wasted. Now that I am back in Nebraska, I am enjoying the amazing sunsets and thunderstorms again.
