Licensed Massage Therapist, Cranio-Sacral Practitioner, Equine Massage Practitioner Emmy graduated from the Healing Arts Center in 2017 and immediately dove into Craniosacral training at the beginning of her career. She tends to focus on bringing movement and alignment back to the body with deep touch and Myofacial release. Craniosacral therapy may be intergraded into a session depending on the client’s needs. Myofascial Release is a slow and tender mixture of stretches and massage techniques. Derived from the the Latin words “myo” – meaning muscle, and “fascia” – for band; Myofascial release therapy aims to free constrictions or blockages in the fascia, thereby alleviating problems with connective tissue scarring or injury.
