Jen is a 2025 graduate from Trios College. She is registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. While in school, she worked in a variety of clinics, gaining experience in pregnancy massage, working with seniors and those with disabilities, as well as treating athletes in sporting competitions. When she is not helping you with your wellness goals, you can find her on the hiking trails of Ottawa or in the kitchen whipping up the next batch of focaccia.
