She believes taking care of the body, both mentally and physically can help improve a person’s overall well-being. Brianna has always had an interest in human anatomy, and how the body works, and moves. Which led her into this field of study in hopes of helping others return to their daily lives with greater ease and comfort through personalized treatment plans. Some of the techniques she enjoys using are myofascial release, trigger point work and joint mobilizations. On her time off she enjoys weightlifting, walking her dog and spending time with friends and family.
