Naturopathic Initial Assessment
This first visit is a comprehensive assessment of your overall health. It includes a detailed review of your own personal and family medical history, current concerns, medications and supplements, diet, lifestyle, and health goals. A physical exam may be performed, and relevant laboratory testing may be ordered (at an additional cost).
