Arpita Polra is a compassionate and results-driven Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in musculoskeletal, sports, and neurological rehabilitation. She is dedicated to delivering individualized, evidence-based care that empowers patients through education and active participation in their recovery journey. Arpita combines hands-on treatment with personalized rehabilitation strategies to help patients restore function, build confidence, and improve quality of life. Outside the clinic, she enjoys CrossFit, HYROX training, and running, which she considers her therapy—as well as singing Bollywood songs in her free time.
