Dr. Z has one thing in mind: YOU. He wants to help every individual in the Nashville area that is struggling with musculoskeletal get back to pain free living as fast as possible. Dr. Z had dealt with chronic ankle sprains which stopped him from playing basketball for several years. He understands how pain can affect someones life and does not want anyone to miss out on life experiences or fun activities because of pain. He is truly here to help every patient that he sees and genuinely cares about making the community around him as healthy as possible. Dr. Z grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago where he spent the majority of his life. He graduated from National University of Health Sciences in December 2020 as a Doctor of Chiropractic. Prior to chiropractic college, Dr. Z attended DePaul University where he was a manager for the mens basketball team. As a manager, he was able to work individually with Division 1 athletes and better understand the human body. In January 2023, after spending 2 years working/learning under his long time mentor in Illinois, Dr. Z moved down to Nashville to start his own practice. He is beyond excited to treat patients in Nashville and explore the community.
