Your appointment time is scheduled for up to 30 mins. Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early. Please note we require a credit card to be put on file at the time of booking and charge a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee for missed or late cancelled appointments. By scheduling your appointment you are consenting to have the card on file charged if you no show or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment. If you have questions or concerns about your insurance coverage please reach out to us before the day of your appointment and we will be happy to confirm your insurance coverage for you.
