Prior to becoming a Reflexologist, Nicole worked as a social worker for nearly 15 years where she gained a keen understanding and great respect for each person’s unique lived experience. Having strong communication skills, deep empathy, dedication to continuing education in her field and nearly 10 years of practicing Reflexology Nicole looks forward to discovering and supporting each person’s needs and goals. Outside of work, Nicole loves to garden, knit and crochet, go to the beach and the forest and spend time with family and friends. SOMETHING YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED TO KNOW ABOUT ME I have travelled to over 20 countries I love to garden and yet I continually forget to label, or keep track, of the seeds I plant! Three decades ago, I lived on the east coast and on one of our weekend visits to the beautiful island of PEI I scavenged a lobster trap which I still have with me to this day. CLINICAL SPECIAL INTERESTS Nicole loves working with people from all walks of life and will adapt the reflexology session accordingly. As a former social worker she appreciates that each of us can benefit from the opportunity of taking some time for self care. Nicole also practices Indian Head Massage and Hand Reflexology Nicole has the privilege of working at a long term care home providing Reflexology to residents and staff Nicole is a generalist and attends continued training and education in many areas of Reflexology.
