Sage Wellness Clinic

I have always had a strong passion for helping people, and growing up playing sports and navigating my own injuries, I developed an early fascination with the body’s physiology and its capacity to heal. That lifelong interest fuels my commitment and drive to help clients reach their goals, reduce pain, and restore movement. I graduated from Humber College’s Massage Therapy Program with honors, and gained experience with a wide range of clients, including older populations, athletes, children, those with neurological and mental health conditions, and palliative care populations. My treatment approach focuses on individual goals, whether that be increasing relaxation and positive energy, or identifying and addressing the root causes of pain and dysfunction; including postural imbalances, muscle tension, reduced mobility, and stress related issues. I use a variety of techniques such as Swedish massage, trigger point release, myofascial techniques, joint mobilizations, and relaxation massage. I also strive to educate clients proper body mechanics, therapeutic exercises, stretching, and self-care strategies to support long-term results. My goal is to help you feel the best in your body!
