Kait Kiddey is a Registered Acupuncturist who graduated with praise from Pacific Rim College in 2025. She has over 500 hours of clinical experience with additional studies in supportive care during pregnancy and postpartum. Her main areas of interest are all things hormonal and reproductive, including menstrual irregularities, fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. During treatment, Kait uses a variety of modalities, including acupuncture, gua sha, cupping, moxibustion, tui na, qi gong, and shi liao. Her ultimate treatment goal is to provide a space for all individuals to feel welcome, and she ensures that you will be met with grace, compassion, and kindness. She is committed to creating an inclusive space where care is accessible and safe for all of us.

During the initial acupuncture session, clients undergo a thorough intake history assessment, this allows your therapist to understand your medical background, symptoms, and treatment goals. Acupuncture treatment begins with the insertion of thin needles into specific points along the body's meridians, promoting the flow of Qi and restoring balance. Moxibustion therapy, involving the burning of mugwort near acupuncture points, may be used to enhance Qi circulation and alleviate symptoms.
