Leah is a Registered Physiotherapist dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based care in a supportive and collaborative environment. With additional training in Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy, Leah incorporates specialized assessment and treatment approaches to support pelvic health, core function, and overall movement quality. She is committed to creating a comfortable and respectful space where clients feel heard and understood throughout their care. Drawing from her extensive personal background in ballet, Leah has a particular appreciation for the demands of dance and enjoys working with dancers to help them move efficiently and confidently. Leah’s approach focuses on thoughtful progression, clear education, and meaningful goal-setting to help each client return to the activities that matter most to them.
