Amanda graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy Victoria Campus in 2014, the final year of the 3,000-hour program. She has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2016! Amanda’s focus since beginning her health care journey has been to provide patient-centred therapeutic care. Since becoming an RMT, Amanda has expanded her treatment repetoire, completing her first level of Visceral manipulation through The Barral Institute in October 2017 and in 2022 completed a continuing education course for TMJ dysfunction with Scott Larke, RMT. She offers specific techniques such as Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Release, Muscle Energy Technique, and Visceral Manipulation. Amanda is passionate about providing comprehensive care tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether relaxation, stress reduction, or post-injury rehabilitation, Amanda carefully provides effective and appropriate treatment with follow-up homecare advice. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys participating in a variety of activities. From reading/snuggling with her cat Pyro to gym classes and exploring the great outdoors, she finds fulfillment in diverse experiences and embraces each opportunity for growth and enjoyment.
