Justin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from Western University in 2020 and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto in 2022. To further his professional development, Justin completed the medical acupuncture program at McMaster University and concussion management level 1 and 2 courses from Concussion Rehab Works Inc. Justin has experience training high-level athletes and treating clients in the intensive care unit, post-surgical unit, acquired brain injury unit, and numerous private physiotherapy clinics. With an extensive orthopaedic and strength and conditioning background, Justin offers a one-on-one personalized treatment that focuses on manual therapy, exercises, and education to help his clients recover from their injuries and return to the activities they love. In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, running, and playing hockey. Justin played junior and senior hockey in Canada and represented Hong Kong internationally at the IIHF World Championships, Olympic Qualifiers, and the Asian Winter Games.
