Kate began her journey into wellness education by training at the World School of Massage in San Francisco, CA, in 2001 with an emphasis in Deep Tissue and Cranial Sacral Therapy. Never one to stop moving forward, Kate has integrated Myofascial Release Therapy and various structural integration techniques into her wellness treatments. When she’s not helping patients in the treatment room, Kate is helping them outside as well, serving as Office Manager for the practice. She aims to streamline patient needs and business operations while making everyone feel welcome and leaving them with a positive experience all around.
