This duration of treatment can best incorporate a more concentrated treatment area of focus ie; the back/neck and shoulders, or low back/hips/legs. It may include a combination of Swedish, Fascial, Deep tissue techniques, and stretches to assist with relief of symptoms. Specialized focus for TMJ would best include an intensive focus to upper back/neck, shoulders, scalp/jaw.
