Junichi has completed his Masters degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia, and holds a Bachelors in Kinesiology from the same university. As a student, he worked as an Athletic Trainer for varsity athletes, treating sport-specific musculoskeletal injuries. Junichi uses the Integrated Systems Model by Diane Lee, a whole body approach that finds suboptimal patterns within the body through a hands on, head to toe assessment. He is certified in functional dry needling through Acupuncture Canada and has completed post graduate education on vestibular rehabilitation and dermoneuromodulation. A 60 minute session where a conversation starts acquainting your Physiotherapist with your issue, followed by a physical assessment, explanation of your issue, the development of a plan, and treatment to address the issue.
