Massage has always been a passion of mine. I love being able to use my skills to help improve others quality of life. I started practicing massage therapy professionally in 2006 and have been a Licensed Massage Therapist in Alabama since 2018. Turning my passion into my career has always been my dream, and now it's my reality. My goal is to make the world a better place, one massage at a time.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
