For the past 7 years my massage sessions have focused on my clients needs, however I take the time to learn what their life's routines are so I can help them formulate a therapeutic plan. This plan is to bring my client's massages from a reacting status to a pro-active status. I am certified in a wide range of modalities from Relaxing Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Therapeutic Massage which ranges from light to deep pressure. I am also trained and certified in Assisted Stretching which I find to be a great extension to therapeutic health. I hope my clients can see that by committing to a small amount of time each month with massage as a maintance tool, that tool can help them take life on and conquer the physical or emotional stress that might come their way.
Therapeutic Massage helps to improve range of motion, heal injuries or structural changes in the body by manipulating both the muscle and connective tissue. The pressure can be adjusted from a light to a deep pressure to accommodate the client's comfort level and needs.The session hands on times is 60 minutes.
